I’m releasing a new album Sunday September 29th. To celebrate this we’re doing an album release show that day at The Grand Event Center in Northfield. The event kicks off with T McKinley doing a short stand-up set. He’ll be followed by my friend Andy Ulseth, a tremendous singer-songwriter from Minneapolis. And then, the band and I will play the full album, beginning around 7:00.

I’m using this album to explore our connections to each other and to the places where we live, and thinking about the role of art and artistry as a means to do that and as a means to find calming kindness in each other in a world that can at times seem a bit chaotic. Or maybe a lot chaotic.

So I hope you’ll join us for a set of stories.
